First Wuliangye Exclusive Store in Travel Retail Channel Grandly Opens

In the context where the policy for duty-free sales of domestic alcoholic beverages has not yet been relaxed, China Duty Free Group (CDFG) proactively sought change and strategically positioned itself by adopting an innovative business model to sell domestic spirits in the Hainan travel retail market through a taxed channel. Wuliangye Group is a key strategic partner of CDFG, with nearly 30 years of business collaboration. On September 19, 2024, the first Wuliangye exclusive store in the travel retail channel grandly opened at the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex, marking a new phase in the cooperation between the two groups.

 In response to the consumption characteristics of the Hainan market, Wuliangye has actively collaborated with CDFG to introduce a variety of products specifically for the travel retail channel. This not only meets the demand of tourists for high-quality goods but also provides a broader platform for the Wuliangye brand to showcase the charm of Chinese baijiu.
